About
Hello my name is Tyler Hozie, I am studying Management Information Systems at William Woods University. I also am part of the student run organization of S.W.A.T. (Student Website Advancement Team). I do web design, from basic layouts all the way to HTML, CSS, and PHP/MySQL coding. I also have some knowledge of JavaScript. I am also familiar with Visual Basic and Joomla although I do not have much experience.
Some of my other hobbies are designing logo's, templates and other web related designs. I started off in graphic design so I have a good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks. Another one of my hobbies is playing soccer. I played 4 years at William Woods University where I learned a lot about working with a team in a professional manner.

My internship Information:
William Woods University - Fulton, Missouri
Internship Position: Server/Network Administration
Duration: January 2011 - May 2011
As an intern at William Woods University IT I was able to get hands on experience with a live network and also the servers that run the network. I learned how to effectively create a private network and secure it so that it remained safe. Also I learned to set up a server using Windows Server 2008 and to create a DNS server and an Active Directory. I also worked with PHP 5 and MySQL creating a few PHP scripts for forms to run this webpage.
